They expected you to upload the bills immediately, they don't care even if you received that in the middle of night! The apps is not helping the customer. Also, whenever you're trying to upload the data, it keeps loading either at the Mall or Tenant options. This is one bad app, I assume it supposed to be simple but it definitely irritating me, instead.

This app require user to upload receipt on the same day. But we keep on getting notification that something is wrong. This is 9 PM. What time should I upload the receipt? Indees there is something wrong with the apps and I waste no time to uninstall it.

Tidak bisa select mall. Loading terus dan ada pop up message : something went wrong. Kalau mau fair, kasih waktu sampai the next day untuk upload. Tolong dibenarkan apps nya
