Technology partner of Paras Hospital is absolutely horrible. It does even have help option in the app. The app is not dependable and does not work most of the time. It has so many issues that I cannot fathom any energy to write it down here. THIS APP NEEDS TO BE FIXED QUICKLY.

Whenever I try to login in the app with my registered no. The app shows " User not found" .

Although app is useful, but doesn't give you option to edit/add family details properly. I tried multiple time to add the patient already registered but it never let you enter phone number and hence you can't add patient.

1. Does not function well it crashes immediately when open. 2. It takes undue permission. 3. Not sure if the phone data is secured if given the permission.

Cannot go beyond login.. i get an sms everytime to login but no screen to input it. Ridiculous. I can only enter mobile number to login and then no place to enter sms. Infinite loop .

User friendly app!! Very easy to use! Able to book & pay for the consultation which helped not to be on queue for the consultation billing instead auto generated bill & the entry was already in Doctors Chamber.. Good Initiative Paras !!
