Parker Mobile IoT app helps the operator to configure desired parameters and set the environment parameters of IoT Gateways via Wi-Fi. This app allows to monitor the dashboard parameters, collect logs, and validate the certificate for communication with cloud platform and supports FOTA (Firmware updates over the air).
Parker Mobile IoT is a companion app for operators to perform self-diagnostics and to identify the issues in real time and support engineers to help operators to perform diagnostics remotely to resolve the issues in no time.
