The app, is just like the mobile version of the website ... Barely useful. The desktop version of the website isn't what you would call user-friendly, but at least it has several key features that are simply hidden is the app and mobile website versions, like a proper search form with sorted results (seriously? Randomly sorted results?!), or filter by tags. I don't know for what type of content it is suited, but clearly not the kind I'm need it for (art and novels).

app has stopped working correctly yesterday. my feed is empty & it claims i'm not following anyone, even though i'm a patron of 8 creators. it only shows me one creator in the active memberships. and none of their content in the feed. in the browser the content of all 8 creators is displayed correctly, the feed is full. restarting the app, emptying data and cache or even reinstalling doesn't fix the issue. what's going on? the app is useless without a feed. i can't see any content anymore!

This app barely works. I listen to a lot of audio posts and the "playback" feature is fully broken. I click play and it sends me to a different post, but then plays an entirely different posts audio at a completely random volume at the same time? Then I have to navigate back to the post I'm tryna be at! It would be fine if it wasn't happening with 90% of the posts I interact with. Only reason it gets two stars instead of one is because it's a Fine app that mostly does it's job.

As a podcast player, it is the worst. It's appalling that I pay for content but get the poorest features in the app. I'd like to work my way through a Collection, but each time I finish an episode, it starts on the latest podcast from the channel, not the collection. Also, when Android notifies me the app doesn't pause playback, it just goes quiet, so I miss a chunk and have to rewind. There's no playlist at all, nevermind a playlist that auto downloads and organises content.

This app is terrible!! I had to switch patron because they got rid of stitcher. That is the only reason why I have it. There is no way to filter by what you have listened to or have not listened to. So if you subscribe to a podcast that has years and years of episodes, you have to continuously scroll to where you left off. When you finish an episode and open the app, it does not start you where you left off, it goes automatically to the very newest episode even if you've already listened to it.

DM's are bugged as content creator. Since a (not so) new update, you can't directly go your private messages. First you click on the text icon which sends you to the (as good as empty) community tab and then hidden in the top corner you can see a little icon with a dot, telling you you missed out on messages you didn't got a notification of. Can't stay in touch with my community like this.

The app was great, but suddenly on 11/1/2024 it hid and locked all the recent posts from only one of my memberships. I pay yearly for this membership. It gives the option to upgrade membership. That is it trying to double charge me a prorated amount of the remaining months I already paid for. I made a help request through there support page. They have not responded at all.

Mixed good and bad. It was working great, I am able to download episodes of books on audio which is perfect because I live in spotty cell area but to have the audio book suddenly become unavailable. Its been on the site for months and suddenly become under review. They still show up as on the site but can't click on them. Frustrating.
