In the UK you just can't stop an on going parking booking. So you always pay more than necessary. If you make any mistake you have to book again so you pay twice. I can't see the benefit of the app in the UK but in France I do. Now I got answer below that it would be possible to stop a booking by text but why is not included in the app. Why do I have to make a public complaint to be informed of this option which might be working or not. Just integrate it in the app instead.

Not an intuitive experience. Other parking apps use a dial that shows you what time your parking ends based on how many minutes you stay. On this one, you have to type the minutes then see what time shows up and then adjust. You want to see a user friendly app, go check out easy park - was sad when the city switched to this one. Update: after developer's response, i contacted them via email and their chatbot - no luck talking to anyone. If youre serious about getting feedback let me know

Useful, but can be very slow when it comes to selecting time period to park - Keyboard takes a while to appear on screen! Thank you for your reply to my feedback. Unfortunately, the keyboard still takes a long time to appear on the mobile screen. Particularly slow in SL7 area today (8/11/24), so used a carpark machine - inconvenient, since one of them out of order. Reduced marking to "☆☆☆".

Who thought it was a good idea to add "promotional items" during the checkout process? I imagine the typical use case is someone standing on a sidewalk trying to pay the meter so they can get to an appointment of some sort (probably running late after hunting for an open spot). Why add delays by forcing one to read & accept/decline *multiple* offers before confirming the transaction so they can be on their way? What's next...The option to add a tip on top of the transaction fee?

Tried to pay for parking at Brentwood Station but the app refused my card. The card was fine. Has an extremely convoluted method for entering your registration which takes longer to complete than the 20 mins allowed to pay for your parking. Also has a 20p surcharge for the use of the app which you cannot avoid as its the sole payment method. On you of this they had increased the parking charge by 60%!

Needs an in-app receipt function. Slow to respond when trying to pay for parking, then there is no ability to get a VAT receipt in the app. You can get an email receipt (which is no good for business expenses) but you have to go to a seperate web portal, log in with an account and search by a date range to obtain a PDF version of a VAT receipt, which is also badly formatted with overlapping text, etc. I would only use this app if it's the only choice for parking for work.

Registering was fast and easy, paying for parking is a breeze, I also like that i can set the parking for 2 hours but when I manage to finish in 1, the app will only charge for 1 (I always set it for longer, especially when i will be sitting in the dentist chair and cannot extend it at the time its about to expire). Great simple app!

Difficulty in registering. Obviously a worry when there is a risk of getting a parking fine. I think the issue is with inputting mobile phone numbers. It asks for the country code, and so as is the convention when using them, I excluded the leading zero, but I kept getting an error. It seems that the app wanted the leading zero (but did not say so). It was only later when I tried with the 0, that it let me register. Poor UX.
