I've always loved PBS. And, having this app is a dream come true. especially with no ads, just amazing content. The app works great. the only suggestion is that I would like for this to be more binge friendly and add a "play next episode" button after an episode is done. Also, when selecting an episode to play, the play button is too small. When I first opened it, I almost missed it.

I love the shows we see on PBS. I think we all have our favorites. I'm partial to Masterpiece, Nature, the Mysteries, Comedies, and of course the concerts. But have grown to love things like the operas, Broadway shows, and music I might not otherwise have listened to. There are educational and humanity documentaries. Just do much and watching thru a nominal membership and the App allows me to choose what and when. Just wish certain shows were available sometimes.

The PBS app along with PBS passport has opened up a wide array of programs that don't feel like I'm watching junk. The sound quality is one of the best for streaming whether on phone or Roku tv. Very pleased with the program selection and the quality of picture and sound. Wished other streaming apps worked as well as this one!

Terrible!!! Frustrating!!! Useless!!! Terrible!!! Of all streaming apps, none have been quite so bad, not even close. The app crashes when I try to login, plays the same 3-4 minutes of a show when restarted, stops shows after a few minutes of playing, just useless!!! Worse than useless, frustrating!!! Too bad Cascade PBS cannot get its act together on this app!

I wish all shows were available on Passport; Some shows, I've noticed some have an expiration date. Which sucks! This evening the app wasn't responding; Was there a server crash? Moreover, I have an Android phone I wish there was a way I could delete shows from my history; My phone doesn't allow that for some reason. I hope that these problems get fixed soon! I am a sustainer here in OPB country and I want to get my money's worth!

I like donating to my local station and it's nice to have the passport benefit. I must rate this app so low because of the "video not available for playback" error. I understand distribution rights is complicated under pbs with all the different stations. It's frustrating clicking on a show and getting that error. At this point I would rather have an app from my local station that could show me what i could watch instead of all these errors from this app.
No Justice No Peace
HELP! Subscribed to a Passport Membership on 7/22/21 and had no problems marking programs to watch in the future on this app. Tonight, on TV I watched half of "Eyes on the Prize" so, came to app to find it and put in Library to watch from the beginning. However, a box keeps popping up with "PBS keeps stopping" and I closed app. Upon further examination, a message says my device doesn't have access to data service when I'm using a smartphone & have 3 bars showing. Please HELP & will edit review.

This is a wonderful app!! I'm VERY HAPPY with it in every way ☺ !! There is only one brief commercial at the beginning of each episode/show before the opening credits, then the rest of the program is totally commercial-free. And if you need to move back/forward It's so easy with the time-line feature. I literally can't find ANYTHING wrong with this app. It's wonderful. Don't pay attention to the complainers... this is a free app. You don't need to be a member to use it either.
