Kind of bare bones for a companion app. But the player guide is a nice touch considering I'm new to the game. I'd like to see a little more ways to interact with your account in and out of game (ex: a map, collection of knowledge on your characters, personal timers, text chat while in game, etc.) but it's decent nonetheless

Great companion app. I was skeptical because of the reviews, but I haven't had a single issue that affected my experience. Everything works great. Sometimes it takes a little while to load, but that might just be me. I would love the option to send workers to work, sell items on the CM, and manage our gardens. Its missing QoL features like that.

Its a handy app. The initial login process and setup is complicated only because of the complexity needed on the password. (good luck trying to use one of your already memorized passwords) But after setup is complete, it provides a lot of useful tools to assist in game, so the struggles with the login and connection to your in game account are worth the trouble.

Hi, I just have a couple of ideas/suggestions for Black Desert + companion app. Additions for the horse market, you can purchase, sell and breed horses. Additions for transporting warehouse items to and from cities. Additions for garden maintenance, watering and maintaining plants. Additions for daily log in rewards. And a possible search bar to find a specific NPC. Just a few ideas that would really help out with the game on the PS and make the app dependable. Thank you for all that you do!

I can't even log in to the steam portion of the app. Everytime I do, it kicks me back to the default login setup (this is after logging into steam, entering steam code, and the black desert authenticator). Fix it. Edit: still doesn't work after they said it was fixed. Edit: Make sure the pop-up for "Allow all cookies" you enable. That was my issue and had to reinstall.

The app has been functioning appropriately. Helps me keep up to date with game news/events. Central Market app works like a charm. Guild chat is quick to update and is responsive. The only issue keeping it from 5 stars is that when clicking on a character model design from the main page, the app does not allow going to that page, says its blocked, then pushes me to the gallery.

I was only able to really use the app features ONCE! That was when I made my account. Now that I try to log back in, it tells me that I put the wrong password. I can log in with no problem in the browser using the same exact password and email, but not in this app. FIX IT!!! EDIT: They managed to fix the log in issue. I've only used the app to check the game's Central Market and Redeem Coupons. These functions work perfect and I have not encountered problems so far. The UI could be better.

Unusable. Tried logging in to use the CM while away from the game. I get the error "you must create a character first". I have a character and can log in to the website just fine. Now suddenly, when I go tap for the login page via the login tab OR a redirect from another tab, it just directs to the home page. The app isn't serviceable, at least on a new model Motorola device.
