We have now added our shop and warehouse employees to this application to further reach our co-workers and provide a single source of company related resources. A collaborative effort within Covenant has led to a multitude of features for our Professional Drivers (such as: safety measures, load information, load assignment confirmations, document scanning, instant messaging, company communications and much more!) and to our Shop and Warehouse employees (such as: company communications, job openings, training videos, HR documents, and much more!).We are currently offering version 6.3.3.1. Inefficient use of space on the new design. Over 1/3 of the app has only three large touch buttons for functionality that is barely even used. All other functions are relegated a single hamburger button in the top right and the other 1/2 of the screen on the bottom. To add insult to injury the wasted space using half of your screen real estate is not only on the homepage but also the messaging page. This makes you have to read your messages in a tiny little window as compared to prior versions

App works and then it doesn't. The communication is faulty. We sometimes don't get messages sent from dispatch and one of us might get it and the other don't. At times, there is no notification of knowing a message was been sent so you have check thr app constantly---- which is terrible being it's designed for truck drivers.

Everything seems to work fine at times, but sometimes I don't get my new load on the app but my coworker does and he has a 100 dollar phone and mine is pretty pricey, so thats not the issue. Also, I have to Uninstall and reinstall because it won't let me read or write a message to my fleet team and I have to do this daily. Hope they can fix this issue because its a pain in the ass!

Too many minor changes such as the interface itself and the login. Mine says driver not found. I cant look at 34 reset, driver miles, team miles, payday, eto. It went from working on second to not working and not showing recent dialogue between myself and dispatch. Its annoying

Excessive reinstalls due to allowing access to my camera and pictures. If I don't allow access it works great. Half tempted to just start sending paperwork via an actual machine so I don't have to deal with the issue.

It had problems before the update, now I can't see messages, loads and other things that I was able to see before the update, and how an I supposed to send in my load documented? This app went from bad to worse. Please fix it. Oh wait, I figured it out, even though I logged in using the proper user id and password it logged me on as an SRT driver not a CTG driver and had to log in again. That's stupid.

I like this app, but there are some features that don't work right, such as the PTA updates obviously doesn't work, while in home time I set my PTA but my foot managers tell me they aren't receiving my PTA updates. There are other issues as well, such as not getting message or trip notifications until hours or even one or more days later. Please fix these issues. Thank you.

App asks for background location permission, but doesn't have a way to turn this on, so app isn't working. How can I give it permission to observe location in the background if the only permission it asks for is location in foreground? Fixing this issue would allow me to use the app and give it a better review.
