Not registered with "My Just Energy"? No problem, the Just Energy app also allows you to register and provides the following features:
Pay Bills – Effortlessly pay your bill through the app with your credit card.
View Account Information – View your bills, electricity usage and account holder profile.
Setup Recurring Auto Payments – Rest assured that your bill will be paid by seamlessly setting up auto payments through the Just Energy app. Allow our app alerts to notify you when your payment has been received.
View Bill & Payment History – Monitor your usage, view your billing & payment history. This also allows you to make sure past payments have been posted successfully to avoid any late fees.

Company is a scam. Lies to you to get you to sign a contract, gives you a freaking $80 delivery fee just to tell you what your bill is when everything is already on line. Charging you an arm and a leg. This company is awful.

I mean, it does the basics but it'd be really good if it told me my usage rates for that month or billing cycle. As it is, it shows me a graph but other than hovering on each bar individually, no way to see the usage. I would recommend having the ability to see results as a table as well so I'm not just eyeballing what my energy consumption is over the month

Its not a real app, and the service is not secure. The app opens to a webpage, which has weak password protection. There is no multifactor authentication. The little features on the webpage this goes to, they only work half the time. Lastly, the support for this company is not helpful to solve any issues. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, delete this "app" and switch electric companies.

The app itself is clunky, but the main reason for my 2 stars is because of how little transparency this company has with its customers. I just got off the phone with a collections agency because Just Energy sent them a bill out of nowhere that I apparently never paid a year and a half ago. They never sent me anything, and the app never listed any balances. Beware of the hidden fees that this company conjures up.

The app isn't working properly when it comes to setting an automatic payment. I have tried to do it multiple times, and it doesn't have a submit button to complete my settings. Why even ask me to set up the automatic payment when the app doesn't work. Also, I have tried with the browser, but I have no luck, same technical issue.

Its really difficult to make a payment through the app. It was better the old version than the new version. I can't input all of my information and it doesn't want to scroll down. Its been at least 2 months and they haven't done anything new. Please at least let someone fix this, some of us don't have the time to make phonecalls to pay a bill because we have busy lives.

Can't pay my bill online because there is a problem with entering the date of my debit card. Can't get anyone to talk to to restore the problem. When I try to make a payment online the recording keeps asking for the credit card number after it has already be given and will no go any further. Big mistake going with Just Energy!

Same as other complaints. I can input my payment information, but the submit button does not show up and I'm unable to scroll down. This app was working just fine until the update. Developers need to fix this asap as the app is handy, but not practical if you can't pay the bill.
