Haven't had a problem with the app. I am able to log in and pay my bill with conformation number. Got a reminder that my bill is due today. Went to my app and it's saying they have a new version of app to download it from app store but it didn't tell me what it's called. What is the new app called?

I'm a tara energy customer. And this app doesn't work more often than it does. If you're going to suggest to your customers to ise this app for our main point of contact then fix the bugs.

Company is fine but this has to be one of the worst apps. There website isn't much better but at least it has more features. Slow barren and likes to fight you when you navigate. Just pay online.

Terrible top of terrible the app will tell you your bill is due one day just for your lights to be cut off and they'll see that it says it on their end and still charge you 25 plus the billto cut it on dont mess with rhis service app not absolutely hate them happened on 4 different occasions

This app is trash. When trying to submit a payment it asks for additional info but does not provide a box to enter said additional info.
