A day in the life of a phonewatch app user... uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall, uninstall, reinstall, repeat, and then repeat again. Since putting their rates up, the app issues have become a daily issue. 🙄

Terrible app. It rarely shows the correct status of my alarm which causes issues when it's being accessed on a phone, saying it's OFF when it's On etc. Widget is completely useless and fails to load on every touch.

App has become horrible to use. Slow to open, slow to connect, and arm/disarm takes an age. The system keeps disconnecting from wifi. So disappointed.

Overall idea and layout of the app is easy to navigate. Only issue so far is when my alarm is activated and I deactivate the alarm using anything decides the app, the app doesn't pick it up remains showing 'Armed' status. For this reason I can only give 3 stars. If issue was fixed then full stars will be rewarded. Dropping to 2 stars as the app is now also failing to send me push notifications and takes 1-2 minutes to load to check the status of my alarm which is not the correct status!

It's 50:50 if this app will work on any given day. Terrible app and find the phone watch products in my house mediocre at best. Keypad doesn't turn off alarm first time pin is entered, have to enter it several times, there's a delay when entering house that I've to stand at the door for 10-30 seconds before sensor recognises I've entered the house so I can disarm. Reported all of this before, no change. Will more than likely look at other providers when contract is up.

Not only is there no improvement in new app, the old functionality has deteriorated. It is saying offline so can't check temp. It won't push notifications anymore so don't know if alarm is set. It's as poor as your spelling of experience! By now there should be enhanced features to view cameras etc. Needs to improve to keep pace with other companies. The fee increases annually but the service gets worse. Hugely disappointing.

Great concept. I loved the idea of temperature display however It is absolutely awful, takes ages to load, and only works when I come out of it multiple times, cleared the app,& go back in. Does not always send notifications when the alarm is alarmed or disarmed and when this was said to the alarm company they said the app needed to be updated (app had been set to update automatically and had been updated a week prior) and to delete the app and uninstall and still did not work having done this.
