This app was once fabulous because you could see the last 50 events, schedules, and so many more. Now, you only see the snippet of past transactions that someone has deemed necessary for us to see. This app used to be marvelous but now has changed from words to just icons with most not helpful. Basically, you can only arm and unarm a system plus open and close a door and maybe turn on and off a few lights and thermostat.

Functional. But the fact that it doesn't connect to Google Home is very annoying. Updated: it's become less and less reliable over time. Will it disarm the alarm before it goes off? Who knows? We hit "disable" in the app a few minutes ago, then the alarm went off thirty seconds later, then we disabled it manually at the panel, then I wrote this whole review, and it still hasn't acknowledged the entire thing in the app.

Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

This app is so slow! The live camera almost never works, and when it does, it takes forever to load. I wish they would make some improvements because this app makes me want to switch security companies. Also, the recorded videos are too short, so if something were to happen, the video would only be the first 5 seconds of the event. Like, if there's someone is on my porch, I need it to record as long as they're there.

This latest update has rendered the app completely useless. I can no longer arm/disarm my system, effectively making it non-functional. When I contacted my alarm co to inquire about a potential panel software issue, I was told no update was needed. Instead, I was informed that I would have to pay a ridiculous $59 service fee, plus the cost of any necessary parts and equipment, for a tech to troubleshoot their faulty equipment. So, due to the company's inadequacy, I am expected to foot the bill.

As the same problems that occur with the brinks home app, this app is also unreliable. It does not follow sync with the main panel, and the live view only stays active for less than 30 seconds. And nobody can explain to me why one device has so many different logins, which makes me feel so unsecured I wish I could get a complete refund on this alarm system as it has not done its purpose for me that I have to pay for the remainder of the term.

this app is easy to navigate. what is not as user-friendly as you would love it to be for a smart home,we can use more amenities for the price that you pay for your alarm service. someday you can get your pictures, and some days it's like spotted drags. that is the only reason why I gave it 4 stars. and when your alarm is going off in the beginning we got service where they would call us because we were still trying to get the feel of our new alarm system period for the first 3 months a

Nothing special... Definitely doesn't offer everything you see in those pictures. Downloads / clips aren't in real time. There's a disrespectful lag between the doorbell press and the app notification. I've had so many problems with this entire system. Uninstalled and reinstalled... Same issue 😞 if I could figure out a half star..., yeah it'd be here
