Virtual Lucy ™ (Let Us Connect You) is a platform designed to match patients needing specialist care with the correct medical expert. It is a virtual outpatient solution offering video and online consultations at a time convenient to you. It has been designed by clinicians with over 10 years’ experience of designing and running virtual services.

Our native smartphone app, developed in partnership with Physitrack, provides access to book and attend appointments with our specialists. The app includes advice on how to stay fit and active and connects you to our team if you need any additional support.

For patients who have been recommended an exercise program, you can watch the exercise videos and track your progress, asking questions on exercises that you are uncertain about. These can be viewed both online and offline once logged in for the first time and you can set reminders so you keep on track with your recovery.

IMPORTANT - This app will only be able to help patients who have been explicitly referred to Virtual Lucy™ from another NHS service, or by their private medical insurer. It is important to seek medical advice before using this app and making any medical decisions. It is not intended to directly diagnose any condition and is not suitable for anyone needing emergency medical attention or for anyone under the age of 18.
We are currently offering version 4.30.0. This is our latest, most optimized version. It is suitable for many different devices. Free download directly apk from the Google Play Store or other versions we're hosting. Moreover, you can download without registration and no login required.

Pretty poor experience so far. Need to keep logging in repeatedly to access my appointments. Have never been able to use a video call in the app as it keeps asking for permission to use my video/microphone, which I have done and rechecked. The way the exercises are laid out is okay, and I appreciate the video demos. Slightly unclear whether a set refers to left side and right side combined or one then the other; this seems to differ between exercises.

I don't seem to be able to access exercises on the website, there's a clear place for them on the app, but can I log in? No, I can't. It opens a mini browser to log you in, as an AXA patient it takes me to a different log in screen in the mini browser but it never logs in on the app. I can't see an access code for exercises anywhere so was hoping for an integrated app that will bring everything together. This is awful and via my health insurance I'm paying a lot. Really, really poor app.

This app is awful and the service that goes with it from AXA is awful too. The practitioners are great but they must be so frustrated trying to work through this junk experience. it's not really a native app at all. Lots of the functionality drives users back to the web through iframes. Why bother? To the developers, please build a proper native experience with full in-app functionality or build a progressive web app with full in-web functionality and make it a TWA to get into the Play Store.

Not sure I have ever seen an app so poor. Just links to the website and even manages to fail at that. Makes me question the competence of a company who would publish something so bad.

Terrible app, unable to allow video and microphone for an appointment, depute setting permissions. I set these app permissions for Lucy, Chrome and Edge but the app seems to be spawning another browser so unable to identify what permissions are required for which app. I suspect going straight to app.vurtuallucyweb.co.uk In chrome or edge where camera and microphone permissions have been allowed will work.

Doesn't work on my android mobile (Galaxy S10). You can't scroll down to accept or reject cookies and the page itself doesn't load properly. The layout is all wrong and you get white text overlaid which you can't read on a mainly white background. It did work OK on my android tablet (galaxy A8).

Confusing and limited use. You need all Axa's apps to do one thing. So frustrating.

borderline unusable with AXA. continuously forced to login, repeated errors about servers, the appointment button just tells me to download the app (from inside the app). feels like 5 different apps badly stitched together
