The UX of this app is almost unusable. Sections are marked with icons but no text and the icons do not match mobile standards, the news page shows an error dialog then immediately exits, items in the global menu are visible from some screens but not others, there are UI elements that look clickable but aren't, and there is a lot of functionality that directs you to the webpage, some without links. Lots more bugs and problems than will fit here. A mess.

App doesn't make it easy to mark tasks as completed. For months it kept telling me I had 4 new documents, when in reality I had uploaded those documents for the Dr's review. Today, I went into each of my documents one by one & then it date stamped them w the date & time I reviewed it and is no longer showing up on my "to do" list. Also keeps asking to review and update my referral but I've done so 20 times already & the pop-up screen won't disappear. Desktop & mobile app don't communicate well.

This app is very slow, and very confusing. The computer portal is very slow but not as confusing. I have viewed my order labs, prescriptions, and other necessary documents and it still says I have not. The majority of the time the appointments do not come up in the app to confirm them.......I also had to get a new phone and now it does not send text notifications which I can't seem to fix even with wiping the app on my phone and signing in with the login code. It has potential but it needs work.

This app barely functions. It's not accessible. Everything is crammed into a tiny green box with white text. You have to guess at what each icon might mean. The checkmark icon loops the app to opening the (not responsive) web app and the app has to be closed to access anything after selecting the checkmark. The app is worse than the web app and the web app is bad. You can't update any personal information, it all has to be done through the clinic.

One star is too high of a review. I've had this app for awhile now and it has never worked right. Now since the last update, I can't open any documents. It tells me I need to install software I already have. Unfortunately, my doc requires this for communication. The only thing I can use it for at this point is basic email to and from. I can't even reply. And if there are any documents, they have to send them to my normal email outside the app anyway. Worst app I've ever used. EVER!!!

Difficult to navigate, doesn't integrate or share important information even when requested, and has the worst messaging system- unable to send via the app, can only see urgent messages in app and only able to see once, cannot see add spouse/partner even though this is specifically for IVF purposes (as in my husband needed to know what was happening!), and the worst is that messages cannot be sent to the doctor. This was just a horrible experience all around, from day 1. Avoid the app!

When I first started using it in June 2021, it was great. I was able to view and sign all needed documents. Flash forward to now and I can't even open documents (despite having both Google docs and Microsoft office). I have 6 tasks to complete and my doctors office just keeps sending through the portal which I can't use. They don't know how to fix it either. It's frustrating.

This app drives me out of my mind. Confusing two-tier menu, refuses to send notifications when I get a message, can't clear my own doc uploads so I've just had "9 new documents" stacked up for two months. Have to use the browser to successfully upload from my phone. In an already frustrating medical process, this app sure isn't helping, and yet keeps asking for a 5 star review.
