I'm a photography/video freak and hoarder (it's ridiculous). My storage subscription ended, and my SD card is damaged. I searched for an app with free cloud storage, but every one I tried wanted payment. I stumbled across this app for another reason, but noticed it had free cloud storage, as well as more useful tools! I recommend at least giving it a try, I'm glad I did!

Once you get to the screen showing your backup options, everything is very counter-intuitive. I selected phone tool, and got options for contacts, phone logs and SMS messages, which I selected.... and then ... what? The only option was to backup to an SD card, which my phone doesn't have. I'm plugged into my PC computer via a micro-USB cord but that doesn't appear to be an option. Basically, this is a good idea that's impossible to use. Bad app. Bad, bad app. No ice cream for you.

It is backing up something, but nobody knows what. Did not find any way to view (can anybody?). Did not find any option to choose what i want to backup - only ALL garbage i have in the phone in 4 categories. Or change it to usable file format. Do not want to save Something, to find out, when in need, like in the best traditions of Microsoft, that something went wrong (5) years ago and This nonunderstandable Something created by the App., can not be sent, found, read, mounted, extracted....

0/100 - can't understand anything and when you backup it says it was backed up but doesn't say where??? I feel like "last backup" should be a good place but it says "no backups yet"? where did you back it up then??? I've checked all my files and downloads but it appears to just be a button that says successful backup instead of actually backing up - you also have to "sign up" with an email to access a non-existent cloud storage. I can't delete my account from this useless app nor even log out

This app is really good but it needs to protect its backed up files from being deleted by other apps or without prompting. Every time I want to create storage space, some of the apps I use do not indicate which files they delete while I backed on my backedups to be safe but no. Very annoying and frustrating. Why do I backup then? This is why I did not give you 5 Stars.

I paid for subscription and I have had nothing but trouble with this app. I go to cloud storage to restore and I get an error message to restart or report. I have done both and nothing works. When I did my first download it stated that all my contacts were skipped and at the same time it said restore was successful. This app needs a lot of work. I am giving app a 1 cause you have to give at least that in order to leave review. If it was up to me I wouldn't give this app any stars!!!

I'm ok with ads, but not when there's no visible way too clear then from the screen or when it takes several tries. I'd say this app is a phone hijacker much like browser hijackers. Yeah I get ad supported, but not when they deny access to your device, or make it hard to use anything in your phone. Utterly sleazy app.

I trusted this app to store my contacts and pictures at the bare minimum and those are the two things it didn't store. In fact all I got was my app history (that I already had with google play) and a bunch of numbers I don't recognize from a call log that came through. I can not begin to express how infuriated I am and implore everyone not to even Try to trust this app.
