Welcome to the Sentix mobile app. This app will let you access and complete your PRO-TREAD training, including assignments.

You'll never lose your progress. If you start on the Sentix mobile app, you can finish in a web browser. Or vice-versa — you'll always be taken to the furthest "page" you've completed in a course no matter where you log in.

You must have a SENTIX account enabled by your company. Talk to your manager to make sure you have the correct login and company ID. You must also have Internet access during playback.

SENTIX APP FEATURES
• Many of the PRO-TREAD training library* works on the mobile app.
• Access to your assigned courses.
• Your company must enable your Sentix account.
• Same user login as you use for Sentix training.
• Keeps you logged in until you log out.
• Once logged in, you're never more than two clicks from starting a lesson.
• Never lose your place — progress is synchronized across the web and mobile app.
• Starts, progress, and completions are recorded and time-stamped.
• Internet access is required — data rates may apply.
• Lessons will stream/buffer, not download for later viewing.

* The app will warn you if an assigned course is not available on a mobile device. If that is the case, you'll need to complete it via a standard browser, like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Explorer/Edge.

I've downloaded this app many times. it worked well for a few years. but recently it won't recognize my email it's been playing up a few times but it's gotten worse and many others in my organization are also having serious issues. problems started two months ago. I couldn't complete the training video. some safety videos wouldn't load fully and so on. I'm not the only one. my phone is an android, my second phone is a new Apple iPhone. Also I tried my laptop and PC..

This app has required safety videos for the company I work for. It gives me nothing but grief. I can only log on sometimes. Other times not at all even though I always use the same credentials. Have un installed time and again. If it weren't required I would not have it on my phone at all

Completely useless, can't even log in, uninstalled in less than 5 min. Don't waste your time with this garbage app, just use their almost equally terrible website. My experience with pro-tread has been so infuriating over the past 2 years that I'm considering quitting my job so I no longer have to deal with this outdated training dinosaur.

Complete BS... might be one of the worst apps I've ever had to endure.. I typically have to log in with six or seven new passwords each time... now it's not accepting anything it's a total piece of s***.. no help at all...

Videos stop midway through. Then it tells me I need an update or a desktop computer. What the heck!!! It's supposed to be a mobil phone safety app. 😕 !!😠🤬who's got a desktop computer in their semi truck!!!!! FIX UR APP PEOPLE!!!!!! My phone costs as much as 2 months rent $2k. Can do anything on it except this suppid app.

First experience. The app keeps stopping. Stops working in the middle of a video. I can't progress though the videos.

I had it on my Galaxy ThinQ and it worked fine. I changed phones to a Galaxy S20 Ultra and now it won't even open. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need this app for my work.
