I loved this app until recently. I loved its search capabilities. Now, no matter what I search for, the majority of search returns are almost all completely from big business trying to sell you something. The search results are almost all the same, no matter how the search is worded. What the hell happened? I do a lot of searching, and this app has become almost useless to me. I miss the original Qwant.

I was appaled by the amount of data google collects on me from my casual browsing. It feels dystopian to know that all of my browsing history is being sold to third parties one way or another no matter how much you opt out in your Google account. That's why I gave a chance to qwant and so far so good, even though the user experience is not as clean as I would've expected.

i want to like the app beacuse its simple and has good design but it keeps buggin out sometimes and i have to close it and open it again, like, it will start flickering and sometimes it acts weird when i try to acces someting, cant explain its just buggin

Just updated Qwant. There is now a yellow icon, right where you're likely to accidentally touch it, that closes and deletes EVERYTHING! Why anyone would want that at all I can't imagine, but surely you should be able to remove it, or hide it in a menu, so that you had to click at least twice to get rid of everything. Cheers

I like Qwant because it is clean and simple, no pushy adverts or unwanted interruptions. It replaced Google/chrome so smoothly. Google was getting on my nerves with incessant checks and verifications. Goodbye to Google!

I posted a review in November last year. I'm here now to update it. This search engine has been nothing but HASSLE! Despite updating the app, every single time I go to search something now it instantly comes up with "Qwant is temporarily unavailable" I refresh the page and it constantly comes up with the same message!! I can see Qwant has in fact not got their shxt together to fix this problem. Looking to use another search engine now because this rubbish continues and clearly Qwant dont care!👎

I still use the engine but not the app. It started to flicker while scrolling.. In the end was just black screen. Might come back later to check on app since this search engine is just so much better than google. Edit: changed 2 stars to 4 just because of the search engine.

So im clearly not to impressed with the last updates with Qwant, we need Quick access to our shortcuts, its very simple guys, also the browser ain't the fastest but im happy to stay with gecko but we need some reason to stay with our browser, & please keep it simple for people in the English language if you are launching Q coins. All together I think Qwant needs to consider whether it will listen to its ppl & launch email address or listen to NATO & leave it as is. 😉
