I enjoy the concept of this search tool, but recent changes to the mobile layout have made it very frustrating to use - the new tab button is now at the bottom right for one, overlaying whatever you are doing and generally in the way. I find things like this to be very frustrating because nothing was wrong with how it was before and there are no options to change its location again in settings - why pointlessly change something for the the worse?

I just started using ecosia on my pc to avoid ai results, and I love it. It is pretty too! I really want to make it work on my phone as well, but the widget is so unsightly. I wish I could make it transparent. (It might be a conflict with my launcher, not sure) I would also love to see a mic button on the widget so I could use it like I do my google widget, and easily search things by voice.

Alright browser- though it doesn't show how many trees I've planted anymore, so not sure what's happening there. Like most browsers nowadays, I wish it wouldn't include AI chats or images showing up in search results. Have used this for two years now and it's pretty reliable though.

Looks solid, great cause. I'm feeling it out to see if it gives me the experience I get when using Chrome. One thing that I think needs changing is the design. When results come up the font seems very square and formal, the boxes that contain the results are square, pointy, harsh. Personally I think that it needs a more bubbly, comfortable and happy look to go with your cause. It's what I expect when looking at your logo. Not at all that when I go in. Hopefully you implement this, Thanks :)

App still has some problems where some features make it crash. I will still keep using it as my main search engine and default browser because it's for a good cause. BUT I think it's very important for the developers to strive to make it as good as they can and try to make it even better than google so that more people can switch without it feeling like a downgrade.

Great browser that runs smoothly, and plants trees for every 45 searches, even keeps track of it! An effortless way to keep your data private and plant trees. I do wish it remembered my settings, for example country of search (ie. I have to reset it to a different country every time I search if I want my results in the right language. Just a small nuisance, still better than chrome :p)

Lowered my rating because while I love this browser for its cause and what it fights for, it has become absolutely useless since a couple days and can't find a single thing I'm asking. I'm French, I tried searching in French and English, changing the default region to France or other countries, in vain. The browser keeps telling me there's no result to my research while others easily find it. I don't want to let Ecosia go, but as of now, it's of no use to me. :(

Nice but come on create a real dark mode... I really like ecosia but I really dislike white pages, and your dark mode theme is just a start, a draft, because all the pages of research are white. On my laptop (mac), I use night eye to get a dark mode on ecosia. But I can't do it on my android. (And, the new logo and the new font seems really old,I prefer the old version)
