As of the August 2024 update it seems like this app actually functions more or less as intended for the first time ever! I've never owned a device from a company that is harder at work trying to truly improve their concept as they go along than these guys. Although this app has taken several years to become usable, I'm a big "better late than never" person. Thank you Ratta Supernote!

I was worried because of all the negative reviews, but this app syncs like it should, and it only takes seconds to do so. I've moved notes and documents in both directions, no problem at all, especially once I learned to swipe down from the top of the supernote and click the sync shortcut button from that menu.

This app is useless. It's not very clear how to set it up, let alone how to use it. It says my phone and supernote need to be on the same LAN (they are), but the connection continues to fail. It's impossible to find the setting it says to enable on the Supernote. I live in tech and have made a career out of it, but I can't figure out how to make this work.

I'm a new A6X user and had high hopes this would be a useful companion in getting the most out of the device. Sadly those hopes were not met by the app at all. I ended up linking my email to the device and mailing myself templates and files from the phone and loading them that way. The app is almost entirely useless unfortunately. Hopefully the bugs will be fixed sometime soon, until then I will no longer be wasting my time with it.

The app needed to have more user care experience. It lacks the basic essential function: the trash bin so I can restore the documents when I change my kind (I use this regularly). Hope the dev understanding it and working with real customer for useful app function.

The most recent update removed the ability to upload files to specific folders. It also removed the ability to sort by date added. These two changes have made this app completely useless to me.

This app used to work without an account over the local network. It now requires a Supernote login. I went with Supernote in the first place because it was privacy focused so this is extremely disappointing.

The app will crash when I try to upload anything to it. I cannot download any of the files because the share button for this app is directly under the home button on my Galaxy Z Flip 3. If the share button was relocated to the top toolbar I would be able to use it. Otherwise I press the home button on my phone and am backed out of the app. All of my notes sync to the cloud and I can view them from my other devices but I cannot move anything to or from the Supernote. PLEASE FIX ❤️‍🔥
