For some reason after switching phones and attempting to connect my hammerheads to the app it keeps saying it can't find the device. They show up on the list and when I touch them it starts trying to connect but it always ends up saying cannot find the device. It worked just fine when I initially used the app on my old phone but it won't work now.

Location shouldn't be required for using the app. Very disappointing, that location requirement renders the app useless to me. Thank goodness one can do all of the controls by tapping on the earbuds. But if I want to change the equalizer settings, I have to provide my location. That needs to be changed, they are no arguments for requiring location access to simply use the app. Also, the app is really slow, it needs almost a minute to connect to my Hammerhead Pros.

The one key feature i love about this app is how you can switch what its connected to very easily with the quick connect wish all bluetooth was capable of it After using the my new head set Barracuda X it has phenomenal good battery life at first i thought it was a bug with the app displaying %79 for the first 2-3 hours straight but it just has a very good battery life as i kept an eye on it to see it changed any and it did eventually start going down

March 27 Razer APP update solves Pairing issues; still a bug that causes earbuds to disconnect 40% chance when attempting to pair with APP, also Themed Icons Feature broken.. March 29: cleared cache & data, uninstalled, restarted device, reinstalled APP to no avail... themed Icons still broken, also battery levels are stuck and not showing usage levels it only updates when you re-connect Earbuds to the APP (Android OS reporting and updating levels fine tho)

What is going on with Razer!? The app stopped communicating with my Hammerhead Pro HyperSpeed Earbuds. Couldn't adjust Chroma, ANC etc. on the App. So, I removed it from the App and tried to re-add it, but it now says "no devices found". Tried clearing cache, data, re-installing the app, forgetting the paring and even factory resetting the earbuds by double tap and then tap and hold. I can pair them to my phone, but the App doesn't find them. The add via product list feature also has no images!

edit: it doesn't even open anymore, just crashes the moment I try to open it. doesn't support the latest products like the razer kraken v4 (or any version). this means if I want to turn of the RGB lighting I have to turn on my PC in the middle of the night and disable it manually because the hetset doesn't save RGB changes for some reason.

Want to disable the default flashing colors in my face on the Leviathan sound bar... App has needed permissions of "find nearby devices" but unable to detect sound bar in pairing mode... can pair just fine in normal Bluetooth settings soooo... what's the problem?

UPDATE. Changed review to 1 star for support lying and wasting my time. Headphones are now connecting to the app. Been working with your support for the past week and they have been pretending they have NO idea what's going on and just keep asking me for the model number of my phone while giving me bad instructions to find it (they were just wrong lol) Sad. The headphones are great. Support? No. So here is your feedback: fire your current team and get better people.
