Connect with anyone who is in your phone: friends, children, parents, extended family members, doctors, patients, teachers, students, coworkers, managers, and more, using this #SameHere Scale App. You are easily able to both request and share how you are doing with anyone you choose, using the same language on this “Scale” - daily, weekly, monthly, and engage in private, secured chats related to those responses. You can even choose to record and comment or journal about your journal about your own Scale responses, so that you may notice your own trends over time. As you discover what actions/behaviors/exercises/therapies move you further to the left, towards "Thriving" more consistently on the Scale, you can stick with those routines, and help others you are connected with, do the same!

We give individuals all over the world the opportunity to break down the barriers of communication by providing a simple but effective tool and communication platform, that fosters important discussions. Without these tools, when we ask each other, how we are doing, between two people in any relationship, we get answers like: “OK” or “Fine.” This gets us nowhere. The #SameHere Scale and the app are designed to help you to open up (to yourself and/or others) to foster communication, and track response trends, over time. Never before have we had a tool to track the changes in our states of mind and tie them back to our experiences, the sensations we feel in our brains/bodies, and our mental health routines, right from the palm of our hands.

#SameHere is a Global Mental Health Movement that works with everyone from schools to offices to military and professional sports teams, to normalize the conversation around mental health and social and emotional learning, and make them part of our everyday conversations.

With the #SameHere Scale, we have worked with behavioral health professionals, graphic designers, and world-renowned psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers to create an easy to understand (mental health continuum, or) “Scale” that puts everyone you interact with on the same page with respect to common language that can be used to express how you are doing, and how those answers may change over time..

[Key Features]
* Through the app you are able to invite anyone in your phone, through any of the ways you are connected with them (text message, email, WhatsApp, messenger, etc.), to begin to share their answers to their Scale with you, and vice versa as frequently as you each would like
* Your privacy is very important to us; all responses and communication that takes place on the app is securely protected
* Users have the ability to respond to requests from their connection with just their Scale responses or with commentary related to those responses
* Users may also choose to mark and track their own Scale responses - where you can mark how you are doing, even before you are comfortable sharing this information with others
* A Chat feature in the app allows you and your contacts to have individual back-and-forth about any response or about any response or commentary shared
* You can track your response trends over time, and those of your contacts in both linear and graphic formats over days, weeks, months and even years - through the app
* Tracking these trends allows you to keep tabs on what activities, behaviors, therapies and other modalities you may be trying, to move you to or keep you on the left,on the Scale, closest to Thriving.

I love this app and the org behind it! It's great being able to track how you are doing each day, see it laid out clearly, and the ability to track mind/body changes, as well as the exercises you can do to work on yourself. It really helps with daily self-checks and keeps it simple, while providing so many resources to go deeper through their Alliances and STARR exercise.

I paid for a subscription for this app and haven't been able to use it because I can't get past the explanation of it in the app. It's showing you how to use it and what it does and I am stuck on the part where it is showing me the calendar but there is no next button and I can't scroll to the bottom of it to hit next so it's just stuck. I have tried Uninstaller and reinstalling it but to no avail. I would like my money back!

Really interesting experience. Clicked on a link that took me to the website where STARR is explained more thoroughly and has practitioners listed who can apply the techniques as well as various partners for wellbeing. I think the app is a great tool to utilize for accountability, to track patterns for mental well-being and if someone is seeing a professional for whateverental health reason or even something such as emotional eating, this definitely would be beneficial and recommended IMO.

Downloaded it thinking there might be a subscription free option, there isn't. I opened the app and asked me to pay to use. If you want to pay to use it at all, it might be good but I like to try things for free before buying. Why not just make the app paid to download on Google play? (Also not giving anyone my payment info for a "week free, just pick you subscription type")

you have to pay for it. not even just once, it's a subscription. i understand needing some kind of profit to keep it up, but people would happily donate through the app of it was free. pretty upset. it seemed like a great app :/

If you're going to have ask us pay for a subscription right after we install it. Just have it so we just pay for the app instead of wasting time and installing it for nothing. But if you have the money to pay go ahead and install it if you what. Just a heads up. It's horrible to trick people like that.

This is a great tool to monitor your own mental health as well as many other people you connect with. The ability to track and trend over time how life challenging events, along with the use of (or lack there of) mind-body exercises, impact our positioning on the scale continuum, and contribute to changes in bodily sensations allows better "real time" conceptualization of what is happening in us. We can then use that data to begin proactively working on our mental health to live more optimally.

I'm not him so how is it you guys are getting this mixed up or is that a way to get people to pay just because on the same phone plan but different devices & different Google accounts huh?does that violate privacy rules? Or is this a bug, an error? And for it to work for him must use pop up view& readjust page
