RDFit is a connected device companion app that enable sending and receiving of SMS or calls, connects to our smartwatches(device model: IW7 MAX, PS9Ultra2) via Bluetooth,with the user's permission, can push SMS and other app messages to the watch, then view them on the watch, and when an incoming call comes in, it can answer, reject, or reply to SMS on the watch. You can also make calls in the watch address book on the watch to facilitate the user's daily life. RDFit can also detect and evaluate the user's daily activity data, step count, sleep, heart rate, and many other functions. The watch is fine but I'm afraid that this app doesn't seem to recognise when it has been granted notification permissions on a Google Pixel 8a running Android 15. Even though they are all turned on for RDFit in the phones settings, the RDFit "Notifications" section, cannot seem to "see" that fact. Consequently, none of the notifications work and SMS messages don't work either. Very disappointing.

Doesn't automatically connect watch to phone, takes ages when you open the app also while trying to use a different dial it keeps saying device low needs charging both have full batteries, I had a cheaper make that broke and had a different app and it was much better than this. Picked this as specifically wanted blood sugar on watch. Looking for a watch with a different app

Since a new update appeared with Women's Health it bumped my connection. The software won't pair u even though the device is fully found. It disconnects a lot . Argh. Need a fix. Nothing is working. 10.30.24 Installing to a new supported phone. APP, again, will not connect. Sent email for Help!

Got the app to go with the cheap Chinese smartwatch I thought I'd test. App setup was fine, but not being able to download or share any fitness data with other programmes, like Google Fit, is super annoying. I've not tried all of the app's features yet but I've had issues with things like Contacts (not showing me any) and messaging (my watch pings but won't show me a GMail email).

Nice application. There are many settings but not sure how much each drains your battery. There is an altimeter reading but it jumps around several meters (ie. 3-23), while sitting still. I did not see any GPS settings even though my watch claimed it tracks on a map. That would be cool!

I've been reading all the reviews and found most of them had problem maybe most of the watch not compatible with the app. I have been using a max7pro watch for over 2 years and never shut down only once a while, the battery last more then 2 week also my Bluetooth is always on phone and watch. My firmware is 1.10 . The only problem i had with this app is all watch face looks cheap and ugly. Please add some quality and nice watchface once a while.

Need an option to take all readings for blood pressure,heart beat, temperature at certain times....only have an option for heart beat reading so you have to do this manually. This app is one hell of a battery drainer...... Would of given it 5 stars otherwise

Nice app compared to other but it bugs me a lot and it needs improvements: the synchronisation of the alarms is not good (I set them on the phone but not appearing in the watch), blood pressure measurement cannot be calibrated, I cannot extract, import or backup data. And the worst... If I switch off the smartwatch or it cannot take the measurements, how is it possible that appear different numbers as if they were taken? It directly inventd measurements... I am worried.
