UPDATE: 10/24/24 - New phone, still TWO MAJOR ISSUES. I'm using Google Pixle 9 Pro XL with Android 15 -- The latest and cleanest OS for android! 1) Push notifications are VERY glitchy. I am missing text messages from clients. I often don't know they're texting me until it's too late. 2) Caller ID for leads does not work. My phone will ring and present no caller information. Lofty, Your link doesn't solve the issues. Tried them several times on both phones. Need better coding for Android!

After so many updates, still no notifications. I've had a trouble ticket turned in for months... This problem started with the change to the Lofty app. There was no issue with the Chime app

Doesn't send posh messages because app keeps crashing in background. It also crashes at various times, like after making a VOIP phone call. Using a Samsung 24 Ultra.

Too slow, unreliable, and feature bare to use as a mobile alternative. Using Lofty as a CRM means needing to keep a PC with me at all times

Great app, would be nice if contacts would auto log the phone calls in chime even if you call or receive a call from standard phone app. Also, the chat function automatically crashes the app whenever I try to navigate to it. It started doing this when I clicked lead chat, but now auto crashes when I click the chat icon (most likely because it's now on lead chat) - Using Samsung s21 ultra.

I love this app! What would make it better is having the ability to slide from lead to lead without having to use the back button. Please, please, please consider my suggestion!! I'm not asking for money just a better user experience 😂. Oh, also to be able to choose a texting app when click on text.

Keeps all my contacts in place. I can email market, attach docs, text and call. All my communications are saved and in one place. Also had To do lists. I also have control of editing. As a real estate agent, I really like it.

I like certain aspects of the app and technology, but there are a lot of kinks and unresolved issues. It is really good on the surface, but as you get into it, you will find many half-baked ideas. Furthermore the customer service is just absolutely terrible. For over a year I have been asking the team to do something they promised, but because the staff has changed so many times, they forget what they promised and are now reframing it, calling it something else and saying they do not support this or offer any guarantee for it. Digging into the company, you will find that many of the staff do not live in the U.S., may not understand what the customer really wants or really even give a care. They act like they have customer service, but do not take the action of a company that really cares. I was happy with Chime at first, telling myself a lie that it would get better, but it is going downhill. I'm about to cut my losses and search for a company that has real support and a solid product.
