This is a very useful app and supplements the desktop version. I have found there are is limited video tuition which is a disadvantage. Fortunately that is compensated by the excellent and almost instant online chat support. If you persevere for a couple of days the benefits become clearer. The ability to give limited access to the tenants is excellent. I have tested about 12 landlord software packages in 6 months. This is without doubt the best and the most cost effective.

As a landlord I reviewed several management apps. I found Rentil to be intuitive and far less complicated than others. I have given four stars as there are one or two features that could, perhaps, be improved. Nonetheless it is perfectly acceptable as it is and far easier than a spreadsheet.

Excellent app and well priced in comparison. Better to use from the desktop but the app gives me a nice summary. The only issue is it tends to show screens in french every so often.

Great when it works...some bugs with initial setup requiring to add and re-add tenants, but since then smooth sailing

Doesn't link with existing account, I have an account here in the UK but it's only for France. Surprised it isn't multinational Would be great to extend to UK
