Omg, l've never seen such a pity application before. It can't be ibstalled on modern phones, the layout got messed up. It's impossible to use address or eircode as location to register guests - you have to know a location codes, which you can find on a sign near location only. What a shame!

No explanation on how to find location code. Searching for help via google. Nothing. Registration is even worse. It won't accept a valid phone number. It insists on 10 digits but does not accept my number in any form/combination. Guest parking says request accepted but nothing else, and you can't see any history of request statuses. Here's my recommendation. Hire a skilled set of developers. Collect clear customer requirements and introduce something called quality control.

Needs an option to specify fractions of the day, like 4 hours or 6 hours. Forms could be shorter and never require scrolling. Eircode could be required upon installation in the phone so it is never required for every single parking request. Main manu UI as if a child had a bad day drag and dropping icons... Two stars only cos it works somehow

it allows you to register up to 3 vehicles. i made a mistake and registred the same one twice and now it doesn't let me delete it. fix this please.

Worst car reg number interface. Accepts even less number of digits, and a small mistake cost me 125 eur in fine and appeal is not accepted even though I submitted receipt proof of the mistake.

Can't get registration in this app. Or phone number doesn't match or email ? Only allowed to use gest registration... You have to improve your system !

so stupid! you need to make a phone call to rfc to ask for a location code! otherwise you can't register a car! this app is only smart for clampers but not for car owners who need to spend ages to register a car! this company make people's life hard everyday.

Cant register, email on app doesnt exist, luckily it lets you skip it with a guest account which is why I didnt give a 1 star rating.
