App started off great but seems everything has deteriorated. No tech support. The app doesnt give you gps location of client or theor destination, 3/4 of the time the app cancels the order and says some wrror about network yet everythi g else is working. I think its safe to finally uninstall this app. I tried to support. Bolt, indrive here i come

Your app doesn't have to be weird to be usable, maybe that's why they're less drivers the background operator and location tracker makes the phone hot 🔥 always and makes charging during use harder hereby destroying battery life, please do something about it

Please why is the app saying "unfortunately, in the selected city there are no service partner that currently work with drivers using their own vehicle"? I want to newly register and that is the message am getting after imputing my license plate number. Kindly treat as urgent. Thanks

The app is getting better but I'll suggest if the company can start showing list of rides with there location and distance like before rather than the rides popping up 1 after the other.

Why is it taking forever to confirm card payment. I made payment using my kids visa card, payment was successful but hasn't reflected on my RIDA app. It's been over 72hrs. GTB technical shouldn't be affecting you this long if you truly know what you are doing. DO SOMETHING!!

I can't update my vehicle details. I just changed my car and no option to update. Why? Pls inform riders that drivers would not go beyond destination pin, so they should ensure the right address is pinned. Additional charges to additional distance. People living in traffic prone areas like Lekki, Ikeja, Ojota, should pay more...it's most times a waste of fuel and trip time

Other Than Stating The Obvious (Fuel Price And Vehicle Maintenance) I Think Rida Is A Very Good Deal And Can Be Better If The Developers Can Work On The App To Be Able To Properly Judge Distance And Work On A Radius To The Nearest Drivers. There's No Point Giving Orders That No Driver Can Reach Because Of The Insane Distance Of The Passenger To The Driver, Which Can Also Be Very Distracting. Since Nothing Is Perfect And More Because Of All The Issues Already Eloquently Stated, I'll Give A 3 Star

The old version was a lot better than this one, even though it required an improvement. So many unecessary, buggy features that mbloats the app and makes it drag. There's absolutely no need for voice notifications about order cancellations or acceptance. I prefer it light, fast and simple. I think the annoying order ringtone should be changed to a softer one, similar to indrive's.
