Its good when it works, however that is far and few between. I will say that the Fax feature works pretty good. The calls though which is the most important aspect imo is very bad when it's not working. Customer service blames low quality performance on internet signal. However, my internet is strong and people still have a hard time hearing me and the same on my end, it's garbled voices, echos, or no sound at all. App needs a rework!

I constantly have a delay in voice conversations using the app. Yes my internet is fast. The messaging is intermittent and the messages do not go through at times. It doesn't work with Android well and constantly glitches on my phone. The IT department doesn't know how to fix anything. There's no point to even ask them anymore. I am changing to Google voice. No lagging on voice calls and the messaging is solid. Plus better customer service.

So far very solid and reliable. It has exactly the features I need, giving me my office phone number for in and out communications directly from my mobile phone wherever I am (so long as I have a data connection). Also works for receiving text messages. Interface takes some getting used to, both on the mobile app and on the computer portal. But seriously what else could it be given the power and functionality of the service. Very satisfied 👍

Has some basic functionality, but the app is awful and website is sophomoric... Won't load, voicemail greeting sounds like you're under water, and if you want to transfer your number, RingRx isn't supported by some major companies... I'd suggest you avoid it and go with something else.

This app is inconsistent and just randomly stopped working two weeks ago. The app doesn't work but they have no problem billing you for a service you can't use.

Doesn't load, slow. Crashes. Please fix these issues. Edit: it's still very slow, the app and the website. I'm considering other options.

I do not recommend this app. Texts do not work properly, nor are people able to leave voicemails. Customer service was also either unresponsive or rude.

I'm suddenly unable to text out on the app. I'm not sure what update happened, but it has compromised my ability to speak with patients. Please help.
