App has many bugs! Notifications do not come through on a regular basis (covid check in reminders), errors when opening the app on a regular basis. Notifications are always audible & there is no way to change it to a silent or vibrate mode (was silent before). And now with daylight savings it's audibly notifying me an hour earlier even though it's set to send a notification at 7. Reported all of these issues & have yet to recieve resolution.

I have to sign in and do a text/email confirmation EVERY TIME. The app barely works even when I finally get in, I can't see my appointments, prescriptions, or messages. The whole point of having the app in the first place is to have quicker, more convenient access to MyThedaCare, but this is WAY harder to use than the website. Maybe I'm missing something, but if you're downloading this to find info more easily and portably than the website, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Required to download for work on my personal phone, not happy about, and functionality for some of the areas doesn't even work. Can't even find my own PCP within the app who is a Thedacare provider, it simply gives me the closest providers within 2 miles of my residence even after using the filter. Can't transfer medical records from my son's PCP to the app, doesn't even give me the option but does for other providers.

I believe your app is malfunctioning. I have tried reseting my time to be notified multiple times and I have also Uninstaller and reinstalled it. I still do not get my notification at 6am anymore. It also will co n tinge to remind me at like 8 or 9pm even if I did do my check in at 6am. I am also not the only one this is happening to, I have had several co-workers say the same thing. Please fix this as soon as possible because it has become veryry frustrating. Thank you, Tammy

Buggy and the GUI mapping is missing link access to some of it's features. there's a work around to get to your "earn rewards" page but it's not obvious and quite annoying. the amount of points required for items also fluctuates, often increasing making it seem like you'll never get that item even if you tried. with the current rate of reward point opportunities I may get one in 4 or 5 years. also, any app that tracks my personal health and delivers it to my work should be a HIPPA violation.

Edit: we get rewards for doing challenges, I didn't received my reward. when I emailed ripple, I never got a response back. Rip off. Easy to run out of health activities. The info in the health activities aren't always accurate and very vague. I can't seemed to connect to my health records. I was excepting more personal health app but it was not. Very generic.

It is horrible! Slow, hard to navigate, and annoying reminders won't quit even when things are done. A complete waste of time and memory on my phone but required by employer so can't uninstall.

Gives alerts multiple times a day for things you have already completed for daily and weekly tasks, takes a lot of memory on device and freezes other apps. Have to uninstall and reinstall often.
