MRI Property Tree Connect - is a property management application providing tenants convenient access to real-time information on their rental property. Tenants can view important financial information including rental and invoice payments, upcoming inspections, lease documents, report and track maintenance requests and communicate directly with their property manager, with all history recorded in the app.

Told to install by our real estate. Tried to log in as I have used the app before for a previous tenancy. It allowed a password change as it wasn't logging in with my known password. Now the app won't even open, it just crashes. I had to make a new account??? The whole concept is user hostile. This better not cause me issues down the road for "multiple user accounts".

UPDATED FEEDBACK 22/10: the update to fix this app isnt working either. This is the most unreliable unstable app I have come across. The app forced me to use my fingerprint which doesnt work on my phone and then the app hangs on a white screen. Developers need to redesign the whole app and test the fix properly. I'm not wasting my time anymore on this app. Slow and always freezes my phone. Have to restart app all the time and restart my phone regularly. Not a very good responsive app at all.

This app crashes and dies not allow you to update or change your password. Tried through multiple devices on mobile and desktop. Tried reinstall, updates and nothing has fixed the issue. I would not recommend this app, this seems to be a common theme looking at reviews for a long time. I am trying to get my agent to use another app that is more reliable

This app crashes when you try to take a photo. It doesn't keep draft maintenance requests. You can't progress with a maintenance request without attaching a photo, what photo am I meant to attach to say the air conditioning isn't running cold? Oh and I forgot to mention, when you do get through the whole process, and try to submit the request, it simply gives you a nice red error box and you can't submit it. Do better.

EDIT: The update only worked for a short period and then crashes at a blank white screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't always fix it and too inconvenient for receiving important mail from my real estate. More hassle than its worth. The app doesn't work for me at all. It loads to a blank screen that looks like it's loading a picture but does nothing on a loop.

App was already garbage to begin with, but I have no choice but to use it. Now, all of a sudden it has logged me out, refuses to accept any of my passwords, and also refuses to verify my account via the reset password. I NEED access to this. The fact this app has been this buggy basically since its inception tells everyone you have your priorities wrong. It needs an immediate and urgent overhaul, or for you to just shut it down completely.

Useless - and i am on the "latest" release. Cannot download any documents within the app. Can only download from the email link sent to you. Kicked me out of the app now cannot login or change password with their own verification process. Real estate agents - do not use this app. Messages from the app well who knows where they go. Pathetic. I could write a far better app in only a couple of days.

My real estate agent has switched to this app and I've been trying to register. I am unable to create a password, despite following instructions and reaching the minimum requirements; the amount of characters (7), INCLUDING a special character and number. There isn't even a help section on the app to send a request, so I've resorted to having to publicly display my issues on the reviews section.
