Roy Morgan Research Community App is an application that collects information on online behaviour from thousands of anonymous users like you. This information is used to help create a more relevant, interesting and entertaining online experience for all Australians.Just as television ratings identify which programs attract the most viewers, the data collected by the Roy Morgan Research Community App allows us to determine the popularity and importance of different websites and applications.
The data is collected and transmitted anonymously to us by the App ‘in the background’ – we call this ‘passive tracking’. It does not require any further activation on your part.

was working well for a few years, but in the last 5 months, it's not been working well. Web pages have time out to turn the app on and off to get pages to load. including my banking apps and other apps. also, while trying to listen streaming music, it allows to play for about 2 minutes then, like it buffers then have to keep turning app off and on or Uninstall app. have complained and asked how to fix it, but after 3 months, no reply or app fixed. I'm not happy JAN!

Was willing to try for the incentive, which sounded fair, as everything else from Roy Morgan is generally good. But absolutely drains battery (more than 50% of each charge). Dead flat in 10 hours and other 'gremlins' and unexplained crashes since I installed this a few days ago. Needs some serious rework from the software developers. For a process running in the background, it can't be that resource and power hungry. Uninstalling.

Have been doing Roy Morgan surveys for years and had the add-on on my computer browser with no issues. However this app is problematic. All pages I tried to load, Facebook, comments, Insta, tik tok, all timed out every time. Not very functional at all. Will not download again unless there are significant improvements.

Blocks recharging when out of data. When I try to recharge using my boost mobile, and my data has expired (my boost allows access to site to recharge but blocks everything else) I get an error and can't recharge my phone. When I disabled this app, I was able to recharge. So looks like a gateway problem. Obviously I can't use the VPN when my data runs out, but I can't recharge if I cant get onto the recharge website.

This app causes other apps to malfunction. On my phone it completely disabled Audio Pro Control which is used to setup and control wireless speakers. After uninstalling this app, Audio Pro returned to normal function. The community app is not supposed to change and affect any other application installed on the same device.

Runs in the background and it doesn't interfere with any apps I'm using, or data, or impact on the phone's battery life or anything like that. As promised I received my first egift card for my participation and used it without having any problems. All good, all round!!

Battery Destroying, consumption of battery juice is incredible. The app also takes a fair more load of user information than stated in the email and application itself. Not just website links. My phone would regularly pop up and state the app was recording information from various other apps and do I wish to proceed. It also has a serious security breach, and was restricting access to phone updates. Oppo RenoZ Application uninstalled after 3 days.

Interferes with VPN. If I want my phone to sync or watch anything on Foxtel Go I have to alter the VPN settings. Have contacted Roy Morgan and all they say is try reinstalling. Have informed them this doesn't work and a patch still hasn't been provided to fix the problem.
