Genting Rewards is a motivational incentive but there a lot of room for improvement! Complimentary rooms & refreshments must commensurate the regularity of players at casinos including time & money spent at the slot machines! The condition of some of the slot machines are in a deplorable condition! The buttons hardly work/ faulty in most machines! However, security must be seen & felt in & outside of casino, especially in the car parks! So many abandoned cars are lying around in the car parks!

Useless app. Can't reset password even though had keyed in information many times. App never indicate what details is missing or where went wrong but keep stating "*this field is required". Much help indeed ! Uninstalled. Waste of time.

Useless app. Uninstalled!!!! From year 2018, I have been trying to recover my account, until today it still unable to login or recover but keeps prompthing me to recover account. Are you geniuely offering your rewards or you are trying, fishing and phishing your clients?

It won't let me log in saying my information is incorrect. Also won't let me correct my phone number. 😒fix this I've been a member for so long since the New York resort world open . So why can't I get in yet you keep sending me emails 😒

Cant enter the App. Even got the VIP Counter staff to help me, but they too failed to activate the App for me. It is a miserable failure, for me at least.

Absolutely useless! Rest assured that anyone giving it more than a single star is a paid employee of genting or ran into a debt at the casino!
