Very slow, freezes up. You have to close the app and restart to finnish orders. Retake pics. Wast off time.

Even worse than the old app, laggy, crashes, non responsive, makes me want to stop accepting safeguard jobs.

This app is not ready to be used. I have to uninstall/re-install the app to get it to add/remove orders to me. When doing my job, I cannot do this every 10 minutes. I have to back my photos to the computer before uninstalling. It is not bringing the notes over on the property's from the other app. We NEED the notes, they tell us where a house is, if there are aggressive dogs, dangerous occupants. Some houses are 20 miles in the opposite direction google says it is. These are major problems.

The worst tech I've used in the 2000s.... phone locked into landscape mode app camera displays portrait. Not option to set the default to landscape. Going to look for another job
