Out of the last 5 times I've tried to use the app, I've been successful once. It closes for no reason, I can't get signed in, I'm constantly having to "clear caches" to get the most basic information on accounts, navigation does not make sense - I've actually started putting paragraphs of customer information into my contact notes on my phone just to make sure I have what I need when I need it. Maybe I should just use that as my CRM!

The Mobile app need to be improved In many different way as : -cannot run DMS smoothly, difficult to zoom , view or navigate. - bundle cannot be reviewed in DMS you need to have workaround solution. - TMS dashbord !! - search is not fit well specially in DMS

To put it easy, Browser Salesforce is really intuitive and easy to navigate and as consistent as it can be. However, the mobile app has to be made by an entire different company because it's the complete opposite, you can't convince me it's the same team, why can't I stay logged in, why should I even log each time, it's my phone let it just remember me, why should I be forced to use org's credentials instead of forcing mobile view on hands-on where I can log to multiple orgs from the same login

Salesforce is awesome but from my phone there seems to be a couple glitches. When I set up new lead and tried to mark complete it brings me to a screen that I have to back out of then when I click task completed it pops up an error message but otherwise great!

Absolute joke of an app. I'm 100% convinced that the only reason so many companies use this platform is because it has to be the cheapest. If you read the majority of reviews, they are negative, and it shows in everyday use. Half of the time, I can't even click into my shift due to my "location not being enabled," but then it works a little later. Then, other times, I sign in completely just for it to sign me out at the last second. Absolutely, the worst experience ever.

It makes life easier to some extent but at times it's terribly slow. Also, lack of dark mode is so annoying.

Error-prone punch card system, which also blocks screenshots that could prove said errors. Get a second phone to take pictures of your screen when it messes up if your employer makes you use this buggy software.

Absolutely horrific navigation and glitch as can be. Crashes constantly and argues with its own permissions and coding. Nothing but frustration and stress when using this app. Have use it for multiple jobs and it has always been absolute trash
