Luci is your intelligent dream journal and lucid dreaming helper.

Lucid dreaming is when you become aware that you're in a dream; this awareness allows you to take control over your dreams, whether that be to make yourself fly, time travel or become a movie star! If you can imagine it, you can do it. The possibilities are limitless. It has a sleek and intuitive interface to help you record your dreams & progress. Luci comes with tools and a guide to help you on your journey. Here's a few highlights:

• Record your dreams and lucid activity with automatic progress tracking
• Noise activated sleep recorder that uses machine learning to only record snoring or talking
• Pick out your most significant dream signs
• Sketch your dreams in the app or add photos
• Sync & backup your dreams between devices
• Quickly search your dreams
• No ads, no in app purchases and no selling of user data. Your privacy matters.
• Customisable reminders for reality checks
• Passcode mode to prevent people from reading your journal
• Animated guide to help you on your journey

Each person is different and not every method will work for you. Most people take about a month to have their first lucid dream after practice and commitment, but you might get one earlier or later. You probably won't be able to lucid dream every night, but can hopefully do it a few times a week with enough practice and patience.

its stunning but the voice recorder has not recorded any of my talking (even when I tested it I had to YELL to get it to work) even on high sensitivity & with my phone right next to me. I tested it with a competitor app (dream voices) side by side on the same night & the other app picked up so much talking that luci just didn't get. quite disappointing considering its advertised to be so smart with voice detection

I genuinely like this app a lot! Only thing I would really like to see is the ability to write in bulletpoints as that's how I typically do it. I liked Google Keep notes because of that, but also because if I realized the series of events were wrong or disorganized, I could click and drag a bullet point to wherever I wanted to place it. As of right now, I write in Keeps and transfer my notes to this app so I can see the cool data, but I hope I'll be able to write in the app w/ bulletpoints soon.

I've used a lot of dream journals, and I think that's the best one on the market! The interface is super slick, tagging is amazing, just good all around! The import/export feature is brilliant, but I'd love to see an "replace existing" option to it, because one of my Google Account is now permanently flooded with duplicates. Keep up the good work, I'd love to see some more neat analysis features! Edit: I no longer have the issue, as I'm using an alternate account using done with importing, so can't try. Thanks for the involvement! :)

My favorite dream journal app. Looks so clean and nice. Very easy to use. I like everything about it. One thing I would add is the ability to search by level of lucidity or clarity (you can already search key words and tags, as well as look at a calendar that lets you know which days you got lucid) but being able to pull up a list of your highest (or lowest, combo, etc.) lucidity level dreams would be cool

This is definitely the best dream journal for a couple of reasons. 1, its only a one off payment of around £3 to unlock it forever. Others want you to pay a monthly subscription or an exorbitant one off fee. 2, the ability to add your own drawings is a massive plus for me, especially as I have a stylus phone. It adds an extra dimension to your entries as sometimes words are not enough to fully describe a dream.

I'm really enjoying: the clean attractive interface; the ability to dictate and save voice recordings; dark background that helps keep me sleepy when recording at night; are you awake reminders; and the ease of using and creating dream signs. A suggestion for a new feature: add a synonym dictionary so that the app will autosuggest a synonym even if not with similar spelling. This way the tags have less duplication and the analytics will be more accurate.

Seems like an almost perfect app, worth the asking price! If you're concerned with privacy, everything including audio is stored locally unless you choose to backup data to your Google Drive. Zero WiFi and mobile data usage! Not to mention there's a privacy mode for fingerprint/pin/etc unlock! The single thing that's missing for me is a scheduled reminder notification to hit the record button before you go to sleep. If this is added, I'll up my review to an easy 5/5

Really like the aesthetic of this app, but it's still lacking a bit when I compare it to Lucidity. Maybe I'm being picky but I'd like if there was grouping for tags. Such as being able to put tags under labels like people, places or emotions whenever. What was cool in lucidity too was being able to select a specific tag and see how many times it occurred in your dreams in a duration of weeks, months or years. If you could add these it would be the best dream diary app going, no doubt.
