It's a great app once you understand everything! There are so many cool features and nice visuals!! 1. When there's a problem it's hard to communicate with customers 2. There should be proper proof and evidence in every step including the delivery not only to the customers but to sellers as well! 3. The application controls the price of the seller's products but you need to adjust it accordingly for your own profit because it's their platform that we are using!!

Lesser sales at this platform but more problem at here. Lazada can simply change your shipping provider. The shipping provider I choose is just less than 1 km from my warehouse, but they change to another shipping provider which is few km away. And they tell me they press "request change". But I cannot choose shipping provider, because they will give us the best shipping provider. Hmm. From less than 1km drop off point change to few km. Best shipping provider for me? Or Lazada? Not me I guess

Year 2024 already. same problem never improved. When send image in chat, the app shall stop scan the whole phone for all the photos. It take a lot of time to scan all the photos. It shall be instant to be able to select photo from phone folders. Learn from Shopee

Hard to use now. The previous version was ok because it was simple and has the name of customer and the order. Now you have to click it to see all details and it's too unresponsive now. I hate it I have to reload over and over again and it won't show me the latest update.

Very2 bad. I advice u don't sell in this platform. My case. Lazada make my Lazada auto deduct ads. But I never make it auto. So my income almost 400++ deduct to ads The deduction still ongoing but there is no ads running. Report already make but no one attend the case. And your income still deduct.. This is very bad platform I facing right now. I very2 sad because I give them sale, I be seller for a long time. But this happened to me. No one help me.

This company and app are completely useless and rubbish. The item failed delivery and damaged during shipping, and despite providing evidence, they refuse to issue a refund. I request to unable COD but they don't. Now they don't want to pay. BETTER USING SHOPEE. THAT IS WHY EVERYONE USING SHOPEE. 凸凸凸

These are very annoying notifications from the platform that can't be disabled in the app. It is impossible to get notifications about orders because the platform spams every minute.

The last 2 updates have a very annoying notification bug where the app keeps pushing notification which only says "Never miss a message! Stay up-to-date with your potential buyers." If you clear it, it will just notify you again with the exact same message in just a couple of seconds!
