This app is for customers of ScheduleSource TeamWork. Your organization must have a current account and release 2020.2 or greater, to enable access. The app provides users (employees) of the “Employee Portal” with the following functions (subject to the organization’s configuration):

Shift Functions
See their current, future and past shifts.
Add and remove their future shifts to the Swapboard.
Split and merge their shifts.
View other employees’ schedules and contact.

Swapboard Functions
See available shifts, either shifts with no other employee assigned or ones posted by other employees.
Validate available shifts against their employer’s scheduling rules to see if the shift can be claimed by them.

Leave Functions
View their current, future and past leave requests.
Add, cancel or delete their leave requests.

Notifications
Receive app notifications on their device when shifts become available, one of their shift changes or when one of their leave requests’ statuses is changed.

Profile
View and edit their personal information.
Change their password.

Push notifications have vanished since the most recent update. I've lost out on a few shifts because I didn't know that they were available until I opened my email. I've checked my settings - which haven't changed - but though all push notification settings are active, none come through.

This app does make it more convenient to check your schedule from a mobile device, however, I have two complaints: 1. The view is kind of disorienting. I wish it had a view that looked more similar to the weekly calendar view on the website. The app view is just a list of shifts. 2. Push notifications automatically turn on every time you open the app, and the notifications are not very helpful or descriptive. Every time I use the app, I have to go to settings and turn notifications off again.

Problems putting hours up and claming them I have to split them up in app then go to website to put them on the swap board and clame them. I do not care for the way this app is set up I wish it looked more like a calendar. And I wish I could do everything in the app itself and not have to go on the web site to do most of the things the app should do.

App use to work great. Withing the last couple of months I am not getting the notifications until it's too late. They use to happen immediately when shifts were put on the swap board.

New update is a downgrade. Unable to access calendar. Unable to easily use the interface. This seems more antiquated than the previous version. Please change it back!

The only thing the app is good for is notifications. Other than that, there is NOTHING good about this app. I use the browser to navigate because you just can't do anything on the app.

App opens to a small key icon and asks for "teamwork unique key" I have never been given any key for schedule source teamwork. I am unable to go past that. I wouldn't give it even 1 ⭐ if I didn't have to in order to post this
