I just started, I like the options, more than just playing games. more than just tapping the phone, opportunity to improve one's self whether it's a simple non hard inquiry, on your credit report, or doing something with news week. getting started is well explained. detailed oriented instructions aren't just words put together purposely to be vague to make sentences, to form a paragraph. GOOD JOB!!! I will give an update when I have invested more time.

The have major problems tracking your playtime and completed steps in offers as well as referal tracking issues. I use three other apps that have all the same games and I'm rewarded for my progress everytime I complete a milestone without any delays. This is just another second rate app that's hit and miss when it comes to getting rewarded. I recommend using the benjamin app and playtime app as they actually do what they say and are alot quicker than scrambly

Nice payouts. Payouts are task specific which is a plus. Edit: Getting support for an unpaid reward is taking longer than it takes for them to reply to a bad review, hmmmm... Update: Support is completely absent. The only response from them was the automated response I received when I submitted a ticket. It's been over two weeks with no payout and still no word from support.

Very disappointing. You get close to finishing a mission or offer and they won't let you finish is. I was almost to the last step in acorn and they keep telling me your almost there let's finish. UT they tool away that little orange Continue button from me I emailed them and told them . This is not the first time I've emailed several times before and those times all i was told they couldn't do anything about my missing rewards because it was a third party app...but ARENT THEY ALL THIRD PARTY AP

For about a week I've been having trouble with the app. Its not showing any offers. It just shows the ones that I have ongoing & even though I've been playing everyday I haven't gotten a streak and the last 2 steps I've completed in my game i haven't been credited for. I sent a ticket for help but it says it could take up to 13 days for a response so we'll see..

I am still currently waiting for Customer Service to get back in touch with me regarding missing rewards. I opened a ticket on 10.8.24 and have yet to hear anything back!!! I want to continue loving Scrambly! This issue has really made me think the worse of this app! I will update once I hear back.

Really like this app when I first downloaded it. The games were fun and the points accumulated quickly it seemed. Then I had an issue with not receiving my reward points for a final level on a game and customer service is a joke. I've sent a request sent on the 5th the 11th and 16th. The only message I've gotten back is that it may take up to 9 days for them to help me because they have such an overload of email requests. The only answer I've gotten is that they can't answer me. Why?!?!

Every time I earn a high amount reward, it never actually works. So I message scrambly to get help with that Ive earned but didn't get credited for, the first email response is that I won't get help for 9 days. It's now been 13 days. No response. The second one I emailed them about said it could take up to 13 days for a response. That's unacceptable. I'll be deleting scrambly and won't be referring anyone else. Ridiculous!! Everyone should try just play instead. It actually pays out.
