Slow, not updated, not very practical on the user end. I saw the response so I am updating my review to be more specific. I had logged tickets before for the "unexpected server error" on the mobile platform. The functionality on the mobile app is missing features on the website. The assignments option never shows anything, not sure if it's the school or application but it needs to be addressed by either.

Pdf documents do not open always an error and it seems there is no updated communications for the 2025 school year....

Very poorly designed, slow reaction time, not userfriendly & can't change any info / update current pics on it. So what's the point in it if you have to still go back to the website (which is equally as bad)

Not user-friendly at all. Quite frustrating using the app. Lay out is terrible. Passwords seem to be a common problem as well as getting newsletters etc....

Very bad design. UI Awful. The school report content needs to use a bolder Font and should mirror the traditional old fashioned reports. One needs a magnifying glass to read these reports.. Typical of badly designed Indian software that has not been UAT'd according to a design spec. Ease of use needs to be on the recepient not the school.

It's a very poor app. Navigating is difficult and contents of the information is not helpful at all. Can't track my re-registtation data. Not user friendly at all.

This app is not user friendly at all. I will get a notification that there is a letter but once you open the app there are no letters and no where to find the letter either. Generally not a great app.

The worst! Not user-friendly at all! You can't log in with your correct credentials and everything is difficult to find. I cringe every time I have to use this app because I know there's always going to be some kind of issue.
