This app was great when I started using it last year. Unfortunately, that has changed. For some reason it keeps telling me that I'm not connected to the internet. I can't sign in and I can't mark off completed jobs. To be clear, this happens with full 5g signal. If I wasn't connected to the internet, then my other apps wouldn't work, either. It is really frustrating. If this gets fixed, I'll be happy to change my review. To help you with this, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

This really is a horrible mobile app. It's glitchy, difficult to use, job notes frequently don't show up, runs very, very slowly, crashes constantly and just overall sucks compared to its competition. If you're already locked into Service Autopilot, I suppose you don't have much choice in using this godforsaken app but if you're still deciding which management app to use, I strongly recommend looking at other options.

If the app worked properly, it would be great. However, it constantly locks up and has to be completely shut down and restarted to continue working. After viewing an invoice for a job, the app will freeze. If I choose to not view an invoice after completing a job, the app will freeze. It has limited features compared to the website, which makes things like editing invoices to remove items impossible. I find myself having to restart the app multiple times in a day which is a huge waste of time.

App is damn near unusable. In my company everyone has had constant issues using this software. Everyday it takes a long time to load up anything. Usually I have to fight with the app over and over for it to update the jobs list. Trying to pull up an address takes so much time. The loading times on this app has damn near made this useless. I don't use the app anymore and instead have reverted back to using paper timesheets. Save your money and buy and app that works

Dumpster fire. I use thud app for work and it crashes without warning. Stalls often. Loses internet connection somehow, though the rest of my phone is connected to the internet and working fine. Slows you down when trying to keep schedule because although you might be working hard and trying to be successful, this app doesn't care.

This company is a joke. Their product is super flawed. The time I've lost fighting this system is nothing next to the loss of customers from billing issues. The time it takes payments to post to my sccount is not as advertised and you need to put in tripple time to try to figure out IF the funds for the accounts actually transfer to your account after the invoices post as paid showing accounts @ $0.00.

I have not been able to log in and view my properties for 2 weeks. The app keeps telling me that I don't have the appropriate user license. When my manager calls them, it's supposedly fixed. But im still unable to log in. No change has been made.
