While raising a ticket and after adding aattchment, File uploaded message at the bottom is not clearing off and appearing exactly over the submit button. Unable to click on submit as the message: "file uploaded" is not at all clearing off from the screen

It would be very easy for users to mark their Attendance. But it is advisable to also integrate Leave and Holiday option further making easier. Good to see that the HelpMate requests issues at one place.

Where is dashboard for leave management and why it says form will be available soon again and again. There should be option to review the attandance/leaves along with option to correct it, not sure why it was deployed without proper testing. Major issue is with attandance marking.

Inefficient app design. I am required to update attendance everyday through the app. But after logging into the app, I don't understand why the simple task of updating attendance needs to take 5 taps to complete.

It was working fine until yesterday morning..all of sudden I was unable to login ...trying to add instance and login, unable to enter credentials in okta page for authentication...it's jus blank page. Retried multiple times.

Very good app, multiple things can be done using this app. Such as marking of attendance, service requests, trainings completion etc.

Why is the application asking for update even though I've updated it. Also the User Interface is outdated. Bring up the new user interface. Please fix the update bug.

This appas is very useful for update attendance is very easy and simple way I like to submit my attendance because this apps is helpful for notify the attendance. Helpful for ticket raising and resolving the issue of IT support also it is very good for giving feedback for the close ticket
