Video does not immediately pop up. I'm staring at a black screen waiting for the video to come up as it is ringing (we have upgraded the wifi so that shouldn't be an issue). Also missing calls all together - just happened twice. This continues to happen periodically as well. We've had to delete my number out of the system & reenter numerous times.

Entry video had been working fine but after the most recent update the video doesn't load. I also do not have audio to confirm visitors as well since there is no video. I am granting entry basically on assumption it's actually for me. I assume update because the user interface for when the video is supposed to show up appears to have been updated. I have a fast and stable WiFi Internet and theres never been an issue until recently. Any advice on how to fix this issue? Theres no support in/on app

This app is very basic. There is no notification sound to alert you when someone is at the gate. So if you're not looking at your phone you would not know someone was at the gate. I love the video part where you can see who is at the gate but without a notification sound or the ability to add one I fear I will be missing calls from my friends trying to get in
