terrible app terrible support terrible routes for terrible pay this is literally last resort if you don't care about running your vehicle into the ground. blatant difference in treatment at the hub as well, gotta have the complexion for the connection. several attempts to communicate with support met with unanswered texts, only to be asked about a route, they care about their money nothing else, not safety, not community, you're not valued because someone else will sign up tomorrow.

in app notification is faint, hard to read. Message disappears after reading and can't go back to for reference

This is a terrible place to work. They will give away your PRE -assigned shift. They will delay your pay with no explanation after you've done their deliveries. They are incredibly unreliable and unorganized. However you can't make about 15 -20 bucks an hour delivering Use at your own risk. 1 Star because zero isn't an option.

Overall the app works well. However, the constant (almost weekly) need to update it is annoying, especially when youre trying to schedule a shift/route for a day/the week. There's no option to bypass the update either, unlike most apps. So, you either have to uninstall/reinstall or update the app to even continue to use it. Smh There should be an update later option, especially for those of us who might not have the extra space on our phones at the moment but would definitely like to work.

The app doesn't work??? I have not been able to get even one shift completed in three weeks ive only been assigned 2 shifts 2 days in row and no one has called or sent me message text , both shifts were canceled. Im not sure what is going with the gig, I thought it might be a fake job maybe??? Idk

This company is not great. They send notifications for routs all the time and when you let them know that your interested, they will accept it then if you go to the hub your not assigned to a route. If they don't text or call you then you don't have a route. This company is the only company that when accepted for a route then you can't work unless they call or text. There has been times when I went to the hub and I wasn't assigned a route. Hubs are charged frequently. They are not stable

I didn't listen to everyone giving this company bad reviews. It's all true, especially the part about there not being any type of driver support. Wow, the support number they give you never gets answered and you can't leave a message because the voice mail has not been set up. What kind of company does that? What if there's a problem with the payment, is a driver supposed to just keep going without help on the problem. No thanks....
