Great app. Simple and clear dashboard overview, easy way to switch between plans or build your own. Simple number porting process in the app. Fantastic support by real, knowledgeable people. I had a drawn-out issue porting my number over from MTN (not Melon's fault), but the team assisted tirelessly even when the problem was squarely in MTN's court. Glad to be rid of them, and happy to be with Melon.

Its not unlimited calls, After few days of making calls i cant make any call now, when i enquire they said its fair usage, so its actually 750 minutes... i don't have problem with it but they should have mention that its 5GB and 750 minutes... and i should be able to check balances on the app, how many minutes did i spend. So 👎

Big 5 star to Marco and team. Amazing product with exceptional 5 star support. I've rolled this out to my entire family (5 kids) cut costs and time doing topups - R199 incl 5gb and unlimited calls means the kids are always in reach. Highly recommended. With their eSim option u setup in minutes - Great choice if u returning back to SA or a traveller to get setup before u arrive! Tx Marco!

Convenient... Strong signal... Voice calls are crystal clear.... I'm an uber driver I haven't experienced any network problems with map navigations or uber app... Good quality network

In the top right corner of the app, the notification bell stays on a red dot, indicating there are unread notifications, despite all the notifications being read. It is an eye sore, and quite irritating to the eyes. No point in ignoring it either as you might be under the impression that all notifications have already been read. What if there are important messages to read that I ignore? Please fix the bug
