Gave the app free lesson a try, and it's good don't get me wrong, but what it lacks is something that's vital, which is visual learning. When it comes down to learning a language, visuals are vital. For instance, you need to know the shape of your mouth you're making for correct pronunciation or correct tongue position to pronounce correctly. Literally free apps such as YouTube have this, and yet a subscription based application doesn't? Get visual learning implemented, and then you'll have me.

My user data was randomly deleted. Tried to contact the support on the website and am just told that all agents are busy and to try again later. Edit: Reached customer service, was told to try logging out and back in again three times, none of which helped. Was then told my issue would be passed to the content team. That was over a week ago and I haven't heard back. Ended up just having to start over

Super great app so far. I'm learning Japanese and it's pretty easy to understand and learn! Only thing I'd say is maybe yall could put in an auto replay button? I put on an earpiece while I'm working but I can't take my phone out to start it over again if i missed a part or something or I'll get in trouble.. otherwise great app!

Finally, someone created the learning process based on human natural abilities! Babies, learn to TALK FIRST! Only 4-6 years later, they learn writing. I am learning Spanish, my 4th language, and very happy with this program! I wish I had more time for writing exercises, learning grammar, and talking. However, just listening and repeating made enormous progress. No need to dedicate particular time to that. You can do it while driving, cooking, or exercising. Worth every penny!

Many topics are outdated. For example, they devote quite some time to newspapers. I don't know anyone who is buying them nowadays. Another one - asking for directions. This is also rare, since practically everyone has a smartphone. But the concept works the best for me. I have bad memory and constant repetition helps a lot. Please add more lessons for Greek. For Greek you could have topics about sea, beaches, going to islands by ferry.

The audio lessons are great, but the app sucks. It's clunky, their website is disordered, I once upgraded my subscription and they didn't cancel my original one. Also: it's just a glorified podcast app. Everything outside of the audio lessons is bad. 1 star. I load their content into a different flashcard app because it's a better user experience and still less of a hassle than using their app. If I could just buy the mp3s and never open this app again, I would.

For language learning, it works really well. I love the pace and the fact that it works seamlessly in my car. But.. I did the free trial anticipating to pay the 20 bucks a month as advertised.. then I.. without my knowledge get chard for $170!!! That was super frustrating and quite the inconvenience, so beware that that might happen. Other than that, great app so far 👍

This program has been exactly what I was looking for and has nmbeen fantastic so far. I do hope pensleur implements a points program that allows the user to earn the ability to have live session with a live tutor maybe at your halfway point and again when the course is completed. Looking forward to that! I think the interaction with a tutor would validate the time and hard work in put into learning a language.
