Siteone is the cat's pajamas. The best. Extremely resourceful and kind staff. My only gripe is the UI/UX design mostly concerning the website. I've not had too much time with it so take it with a grain of salt, but searching parts can be a headache. If it's possible, it's not intuitive to search solely at your home branch. It selects all nearby branches. You have to individually deselect them and the page refreshes. Minute things here and there. Make your lists and export them to spreadsheets

The app is horrible. Keeps crashing, hard to navigate, and just overall a pain. Pointless app. It's much easier to just spend the extra time to go down to the actual yard and find what I'm looking for without an issue and actually deal with a person for help in real time.

Not the best for speed or user friendlyness (if that's a word) but it works. The people who work here are just above and beyond amazing. I just wish they could factor in the shipping cost to speed up the time between order and delivery.. sometimes the branch will call a day later if I make a late afternoon order (which I understand y'all are busy and I'm not that special lol ) but if it was direct order for me then I know the total cost, the delivery window, and then the confirmation.

Site One is a great store. App is kind of finicky. Would like not save favorites, but they don't stick.

Works half the time. Stops me from signing in frequently, but I get on my computer and everything works. Very slow search engine as well. Won't sign in during purchase.

Horrible app, 99% unable scan barcode and freaking very slow. The search box is terrible. Nothing comes up with the result. How does this app get 4.4 rating? What a joke to me. Uninstall, and I don't recommend it.

No issues finding my store, and everything I needed. All the products have clear pictures of their labels allowing for a thorough understanding of the product before purchasing.
