The apps open up with Chinese letters on the main page. Also, the app only works if you allow it access to your location, contacts and all media including pictures. I can understand media for the music but there is no reason for the App to have access to my contacts, pictures or location. I don't feel comfortable with that. I am uninstalling the app and returning the diffuser.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying, but I did not know the name of the app until I received the diffuser and the instruction manual. It requires access to EVERYTHING in order to work: contacts, pictures, media, location. Why does it need my location, pictures and contacts? I uninstalled and am retuning the diffuser. Happy to buy again once the access issue is fixed and can use the app without giving access to everything on my phone.

The app is loading. I cannot use it. I am connected via bluetooth and able only to play music on it. Pressing the top left corner bluetooth button shows nothing in the device list. In the mist menu i cannot press any button. In the lights menu i can press all buttons but nothing happens. The music menu shows a list and I can play music. And the more menu tells me that it should auto connect. If you have any suggestion on how to connect to it i will be more than happy to give more stars.

It works great! Use the app you can change any light on the color spectrum. The app has small, median, and high three options for mist. Also it has continuous and intermittent button on the app. It is paired with audio (not call) via bluetooth to my phone, so I can use it to play anything on my phone. Very cool!

My phone's battery started dying FAST after I installed this app. I uninstalled to verify it was this app and sure enough, no problems with it uninstalled. Sadly, the diffuser requires the app for some functions, so I reinstalled and paid closer attention to the permissions it requires. I denied it access to my location data and the app won't open with location data. Why does my diffuser app need location data? I guess I need to buy a different (locally made) diffuser with a speaker that I trust

The setup was very complicated, close to a nightmare, especially the blutetooth!! However, but now that is completely under my control, it is amazing, and fits perfectly in my house, right on my nightstand!! I found the best combination of like 12 to add and it is absolutely soothing

App wants location, and access to files, photos and media. It doesn't work if you don't give these permissions. There's no privacy policy and there's no data collection information. So right now I have a glorified misting pool with a light.

For the people that cant get this app to work: 1. Turn on bluetooth 2. Do NOT connect to the diffuser in your phone's bluetooth settings. 3. Open the youngdo app. 4. Press the bluetooth button in the left corner of the screen. 5. If u completed the steps above the app should connect to the diffuser by itself. 6. If u want to play the music you DO need to connect in your phones bluetooth settings, do this after setting up the app.
