It's compulsory to have this app for my job, it honestly is the worst app i've ever used, it takes forever to load, I have waited up to 15 minutes to login, I constantly lose my notes due to freezing and not saving. It won't let me edit my notes after submitting draft, it adds kilometres when I don't have any and I get error messages constantly and can't open anything. I could go on and on with how much pain this app causes, please fix it because it's terrible.

Tbh it doesn't deserve any stars. Worst app I ever had to use. Takes for ever to load, crashes and then you have to uninstall, then re-install only to be ask to put in your correct password and username. Which was correct. Message states your username or password is wrong. My organization made it sound so fantastic but not impressed. It's a nightmare. This app is forced on us and no help what so ever. This only puts extra stress on workers who work in a stressful job as it is. Please fix it.

Giving three stars because the schedule in the actual app is correct, but breaks and gives you incorrect times as soon as you export it to a different calendar app via URL (such as google calendar) for easy viewing. If I had not caught this sooner and started being mindful of when my shift is actually scheduled instead of blindly trusting my skedulo exported to google calendar, I would've missed my shift and gotten in trouble with my supervisors. My suggestion: fix URL exported calendars.

The app is fine when it works but like others have mentioned it does have glitches. I hope that in the future update it will allow to copy text from custom forms and work orders. Depending on the client I have to. Check in to their service app with a wo# Thatta in the description of my skedulo wo, but it won't let me copy so I have to manually write down the 12 or 14 digit wo# on a piece of paper so I can type it in to the other app. Not very efficient.

I have been experiencing difficulties with the clock in and out feature of this application. Specifically, I am unable to complete the clock out process, and the location recorded is often incorrect. I've deleted and reinstalled the app, but I'm still having the same problem.

This app is the most frustrating thing I have ever used for a job it is great when it works which is only about 30% of the time. Outside of that it regularly just says page expired and you can't see your schedule. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it so many times just to get it to even let me log into my account.

No longer working. Mrs needs this app for her work but since her employer told her to uninstall and reinstall to receive the latest update, it no longer works. Won't work on her phone anymore and doesn't work on mine either. Sister in law has same phone, works on that. I also have an older S4, works on that. Installs ok but when we try to log in we get this message 'Authentication error. Unable to authenticate. Please contact your administrator.' Any thoughts?

Horrible. I hate that my company uses this program. It is BARELY functional at the best of times and for me is now completely unusable. Currently it won't even save timesheets no matter what I do. My companies IT department just keeps telling me to reinstall it. Well I tried that 6 times and it still won't let me enter my timesheets. I am literally going to have to go to small-claims court against my employer because of this app. If I could give it negative stars I would.
