Unplanned admission to the hospital. Only went with the cable. Seen and used the Joos station as an emergency option. Great for short term use. Although it was easy to use but super expensive for 2 hours 15 mins, I was charged £5.40 and the phone only charged seventy percent.

The power bank is extremely slow and then they'll charge you 30 pounds when you return it to the station. Be careful. I do not recommended this to anyone. Support did not solve my request nor refunded me. Just save yourself from headaches.

If you are downloading this app to rent a powerbank. DONT. Go buy a charger, they will charge you £30 regardless then state you didn't return the bank because you didn't take a photo of you returning it. Check trust pilot and facebook reviews. I wish I did!

Used for 1 hour 32 mins and the power bank was out of battery. And I was charged 4.92 (3 + 0.48*4).

Poor experience, and misleading. First, the app had difficulty scanning the QR code on the kioks, despite the fact other apps could do it instantly. Second, the kiosks state charge for free, but no indication of this is present in the app at all. Third, the FAQ page is just blank, that's it blank. Given that this replaced a free charging locker that used to be at it's location, I am very annoyed.

Wow this is an awful experience. The first power bank I got had no cables I returned it immediately and still got charged. I had to contact support for a refund. The second one I was unable to return it on the same place and after contacting support I ended up having to return it to another place. Also the power bank as awfully slow to charge only. Managed to get 40% charge in one hour. Furthermore the powerbank was almost empty by the end. 30£ to buy a 3000mah battery what a joke

Great that this device had a power socket nearby for those whose phone battery is dead. Do they all have this option?
