UPDATE: looks like the devs clocked-in for work! I've been using the app again for about a week now with no issues at all. No aggressive ads, turns screen off and on with flip case without any issues! So happy, 5/5. Thanks dev! OG review; 1/5 stars. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't and I have to restart the app. I paid $9 to remove ads and there's still pop-ups and ads present. I emailed support and have not had a response. This app is starting to seem like a professional SCAM.

Tried some other app for the same purpose which didn't work at all. This one works well. Very responsive but, maybe a bit too responsive. Bringing your finger anywhere near the camera will already turn it off, it's a bit ridiculous. I propose only make it turn off when (almost) the whole screen is covered, not just a bit.

This seems to work but is too sensitive. When using the phone, the screen keeps going black. It also doesn't display anything on black screen.. like the clock. No comparison to using a proper Samsung cover that does this automatically due to pre programmed features in the phone.

No settings at all ? Not even time delay before screen on/off or exclude Landscape? Vibrate don't work. Nokia 4.2 Android 11. Often have to restart again, even without battery optimisation off. After a while, It's falling out unexpected.

From what I can see, this app is nothing but a cash-grab. Full-screen ads every 30 seconds, and then $16 ad removal. Definitely looking elsewhere.

Required credit card to activate. Update: (Dev should take a chill pill.) The app I reviewed did require credit card. It was not this app. I followed a link in the case instructions and was apparently spoofed.
