End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.
Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaXCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.
Description of Agent Login:
After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.

Pointless app, I can see how much power generated, and arrows to where it is going, but apart from that, nothing, cannot connect a smart meter, cannot see how much goes back to the grid, cannot see how much from the grid. So pretty much useless really, ... !!... I also wonder why, the inverter readout, is always higher than the app, I just read (App 439w)-(inverter 645w) ??

Battery options have disappeared on the app. Only shows voltage now where it used to have SoC, temp etc. Still works on the Solax website, so it's only an app issue. Was never the best but now slightly worse. **Update November 2024.**The latest update has broken the ability to remotely manage the Work Mode. It just constantly times out.

The new app is useless. No way of knowing how much energy was produced by the panels, the 'yield' appears to be a random number. Its meaningless, nonsense. Can we just have the old app back, it worked at least....

This app is useless. Every update makes it worse. The latest update has introduced a problem with access to device settings which times out. It works through browser so must be an app issue. I am not the only person providing this feedback.

Unable to set charging schedule for EV. I can input parameters but they disappear after submitting. Response: the schedule I save doesn't appear and doesnt work... Unless I'm doing something wrong. You should make a YouTube short for it haha.

App is ok, but why I cannot change the timezone? Mine is the wrong one (UTC+2 for Poland) and I can select only from wrong ones? Similar for DST. The default settings, which are wrong, are not updatable.

So, let's start with the weird aesthetics, personal taste but I hate the square look. More importantly, are you the only company to put grid battery and home in such weird locations. For anyone using multiple systems, or coming from other manufacturers this is a jolt that makes using this harder. Some graphs are missing obvious and useful data. Weird grouping of data, click through are not obvious, or should be on flow too. Bring back inverter on flow. And yet better!

It was terrible before the update, now it's even worse. Dat are ok but you cannot access the data because it is not user-friendly. Need to guess where to click to find what you want and no contextual help. The colours used make the text illegible: writing black color on blue dark is definitely not a good idea. Making the app intuitive would make is useable. This app needs testing by real end users. A quality system would help you to understand customers' needs.
